山东熔拓机械设备有限公司于2001年开始专业生产铸钢产品，公司于2017年搬迁至山东省济宁市任城区唐口工业园兴业路7号，并重新审批环评，占地66亩，产能按公司现有设备每年可生产10000吨铸钢件。

       公司铸造工艺为：V法铸造，即真空铸造，该工艺广泛应用于铸铁，我公司是国内精确掌握V法工艺生产铸钢件的少数企业之一。与其它铸造工艺相比，V法铸造在生产过程中不使用粘结剂，石英砂可重复利用，使用真空机操作，在作业中几乎无粉尘，真正实现了绿色环保铸造。V法铸造由于采用负压浇注，产品砂眼气孔少、密实性高，还具有表面光洁、尺寸精确、轮廓清晰的优点。我公司在生产中大量使用V法铸造设备，作业效率高，每箱最高可浇注16件，因此大大降低了人力成本，并大幅度缩短了订单完成时间。

       公司现主要产品为推土机和挖掘机以及履带吊车的引导轮、驱动轮、履带板等铸钢毛坯件以及驱动轮成品。为国内外十余家主机厂三十多种机型配套，正在生产的产品重量为：20公斤到800公斤之间。

       The casting process of the company is V method casting, namely vacuum casting, which is widely used in cast iron. Compared with other casting processes, v-process casting does not use binder in the production process, quartz sand can be reused, and the operation is almost dust-free with the use of vacuum machine, which truly realizes the green and environment-friendly casting. V method casting due to the use of negative pressure casting, the product sand holes less, high compactness, but also has the advantages of clean surface, precise size, clear contour. Our company USES a large number of v-method casting equipment in production, with high operating efficiency and a maximum pouring capacity of 16 pieces per box, which greatly reduces the labor cost and greatly shortens the order completion time.
 
       The company's main products are the bulldozer and excavator and crawler crane guide wheel, drive wheel, crawler plate and other cast steel blank and drive wheel finished products. At present, it supports more than 30 models from more than ten main engine factories at home and abroad, and the weight of the products being produced is between 20 kg and 800 kg.
